Like the Moon, every woman contains all four archetypes within her — Maiden, Mother, Empress, and Crone. Each phase carries its own wisdom, gifts, and lessons. In our 4 months together, we will awaken and integrate them so you can move through life with greater wholeness and sovereignty:
Month One The Maiden: We explore inspiration, reawaken curiosity and adventure, and examine old patterns of recklessness, impulsivity, indecision, and the deep fear of “not enoughness.” This is inner child work-with a twist-we love and honor the messy young women we were and integrate our younger selves into our present life.
Month Two The Mother: We focus on creation, nurturing, and growth while compassionately releasing people-pleasing patterns, identify, establish and learn to hold healthy boundaries, and heal caregiver burnout. You’ll learn how to mother yourself as deeply as you’ve mothered others, making room to tap into the reservoir of your creativity.
Month Three The Empress: In month three we step into the power of The Empress, tapping into your intuition and deep inner knowing. This is the powerful reclamation month. We re-evaluate your life path, make peace with past “missteps,” and step fully into self-trust and sovereignty — so you can lead your life from inner authority.
Month Four The Crone: We move into radical acceptance — integrating “what is,” releasing anything that feels like regret, recognizing the lessons from every chapter, claiming your hard-earned wisdom, and preparing to mentor the generations coming behind you.
